Her leadership has shaped brand strategies, led national conference marketing, and delivered multi-channel campaigns in highly regulated, high-stakes industries. She has served proudly as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, and has overseen more than $1.5 million in managed marketing services annually and generated quantifiable ROI across paid, earned, and owned media.

Before founding Show & Tell, Laura held senior roles serving Samsung, Federated Wireless, and Maximus (MMS). Her content marketing acumen was forged by her proud, early career service to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC. Today, she leads a nimble, insight-obsessed team of strategists, writers, and creatives who believe content should do more than fill space—it should work hard, move people, and make change possible.
At the core of Laura’s work is a relentless commitment to clarity. She brings strategic rigor and creative precision to every engagement, helping brands articulate their value with confidence and communicate with purpose. Laura holds a BA in Writing and Art History from Loyola University Maryland (Go Hounds!). Outside of work, she draws inspiration from museums, films, and poetry—and from the stories her clients entrust her to tell. She’s always absorbing content that’s meaningful to her clients—so she can process it, distill it, and return it as something useful, relevant, and uniquely theirs.

Joanne O’Gorman is a strategic marketing leader and creative force that partners with ambitious brands to tell better stories, generate demand, and drive measurable business growth. With experience spanning global rebranding, social media strategy, and executive positioning, Joanne has earned a reputation as a “zigzag solutionist”—known for solving complex challenges with sharp insight and narrative clarity.
Her career includes transformative roles at high-impact companies such as Hitachi, L3 Technologies, Dodge Data & Analytics, and McGraw Hill Construction. Most recently, she served as a senior marketing executive at NEOM’s tech subsidiary, TONOMUS, where she helped launch a new global brand from scratch and led integrated campaigns that connected innovation with purpose.
Joanne’s work in executive team visibility has delivered standout results: over a one-year period, her social media leadership drove 50.6% follower growth, totaling 34,862 new followers, with 1,112 posts, nearly 7 million impressions, and an engagement rate of 1.38%—resulting in 96,395 total reactions and comments. These metrics underscore her ability to not only craft a compelling narrative, but also deliver tangible audience connection and brand amplification at scale.

Kristin Cole is a dynamic marketing and business development professional with almost two decades of experience in the healthcare and senior living industries. Kristin combines strategic thinking with creative energy to drive growth, elevate client engagement, and strengthen partnerships. Her career has been defined by a passion for purpose-driven work and a belief that authentic relationships are at the heart of lasting impact.
Before joining Show & Tell, Kristin held key leadership positions with companies such as Curana Health, Harmony Senior Services, Amedisys, Encompass, and BAYADA that helped her hone her skills in sales, marketing, and client relations. She continues to leverage her extensive background to drive innovation to deliver award-winning results. Kristin’s recent work has resulted in a gold Healthcare Advertising award as well as a platinum MARCOM recognition.
A graduate of Christopher Newport University, Kristin holds a BS in Business Administration, Marketing, which has laid the foundation for her success in sales, marketing, and leadership roles across the continuum of care.
Outside the office, Kristin thrives on a different kind of growth. She loves gardening and cooking. When she’s not entertaining friends, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sun at the beach, her favorite place to recharge and find inspiration.
